It is always useful to bring a small rucksack to
camp for day trips and hikes (you could use it to carry your sleeping bag to
camp!)This should have two comfortable shoulder straps and be big enough to
carry waterproofs, spare jumper, drink and food.
For longer camps we recommend putting different types of
clothes together in carrier bags.
All crockery to be plastic or enamel
The following are NOT allowed on camp:
- Aerosols
- Mobile phones
- MP3 players, iPods and any other electronic
equipment
Penknives are allowed on some camps but this will be made
clear for each camp. All medication must be
clearly named with dose and timings and handed in at the start of camp. The
exception is inhalers. Please bring 2, one to be carried with you and one spare
to be handed in.
